We do not trial players and adopt an equal playing opportunity approach. Our aim is to create playing opportunities that mean children of all experience and ability levels can enjoy playing football whilst developing their ability to play the game. We use the FA England DNA playing philosophy, which outlines an overarching vision for the English game, as a template and guide for coaching, training and playing approaches.

We will do this by delivering an inclusive, fun and high-quality football programme, that creates opportunities to participate at a level that ensures enjoyment and appropriate challenge to support the holistic development of each child.
